 FAQ – Alpin Chalet am Burgsee


What coffee machines are there in the apartment?
The apartments have a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine can be purchased in-house.

 Are bed lines and towels provided?
Yes, your booked apartment will be fully equipped.

Will I receive bathrobes for my stay?
Yes, the bathrobes are already ready for you in your apartment.

Will I be provided with dishwasher tabs, detergent, tea towel and dishcloth?
Yes, our fully equipped kitchens also include these utensils.

Do I have to make a deposit?
We ask you for a deposit of €500. You can transfer the deposit by bank or by credit card.

Are baby beds/high chairs available?
We will be happy to provide you with a baby bed and a high chair upon request.

Is the outdoor panoramic pool also open in winter?
Yes, the outdoor panoramic pool is heated (approx. 32 degrees), so the pool is also open in winter. You can find the opening times in the guest app.

How far is it to the Sonnenbahn and is there a ski depot?
It's about an 8-10 minute walk (700m) to the Sonnenbahn valley station. You can deposit your skis and boots in the depot of our partner Sport Senn free of charge.

How does the shuttle service work in winter?
We take our guests to the Sonnenbahn in the morning until around 10:00 a.m. with our in-house shuttle bus (8 seaters). (Travel time every 10 minutes).

Is it possible in the Alpin Chalet to cook together with several people and sit together at a table, i.e. a classic group room?
No, unfortunately not, but in the holiday home at Burgsee you have the option. Here we have a group room for up to 18 people. This room is available to you free of charge if you book all 4 apartments in the holiday home.

Can we book breakfast as well?
Our apartments are self-catering. We do not offer breakfast. However, it is possible to order rolls from the bakery. Bread can be ordered daily until 12:00 p.m., and on the day of arrival this option is available until 5:00 p.m.

Is the outdoor panoramic pool included?
No, the outdoor panoramic pool is only included for guests of the Alpin Chalet. Guests of the holiday apartments and holiday home on Burgsee can use the pool for an additional charge.

It's about an 8-10 minute walk (700m) to the Sonnenbahn valley station. You can deposit your skis and boots in the depot of our partner Sport Senn free of charge. For guests from the holiday apartments, we also have lockable ski lockers below the valley station.

How does the shuttle service work in winter?
The shared shuttle bus (run by several landlords from Ladis) takes our guests to the Sonnenbahn valley station from 8:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. (journey time approx. every 15 minutes). The next stop is approx. 50 meters from the house. (Weiher/Greit intersection). The bus returns in the afternoon from 3:40 p.m. to 4:40 p.m. (every 15 minutes).

Can we book breakfast as well?
Our apartments are self-catering. We do not offer breakfast. However, it is possible to order rolls from the bakery. Bread can be ordered daily until 12:00 p.m., and on the day of arrival this option is available until 5:00 p.m.
