Noah’s Garden

Our own vegetable garden, Noah’s Garden, is a special project close to our hearts and will be available to our guests from summer 2026 onwards. With great care and respect for nature, we grow vegetables, herbs, and seasonal delicacies using natural and sustainable farming methods.

We are committed to regionality and short supply chains: it simply doesn’t get any fresher. Our guests have direct access to freshly harvested produce from the garden, which they can purchase and prepare in their apartment. This helps preserve valuable nutrients, vitamins, and natural flavors.

At Noah’s Garden, we completely avoid the use of pesticides and chemical sprays. In addition, long transportation routes are eliminated, reducing environmental impact while ensuring maximum freshness. Availability depends on the seasons and natural harvest yields – because nature sets the pace.
