Sonja

Sonja is the heart and soul of our house. Together with her hardworking cleaning fairies, she ensures that everything is always spotless – cleanliness truly matters to her. With lots of love and creativity, she brings fresh charm to the décor and pays attention to every little detail to make sure our guests feel completely at home.

Toni

Senior Boss & Hiking Expert
You’ll quickly get to know Toni: he’s not only our senior boss but also a hiking guide, snowshoe tour leader, and a true local legend. He’ll take you on the most beautiful tours – and in the evening, you can often find him at the bar, sharing a good story or two.


Daniel

This is Daniel, our allrounder and your go to person for any problems or requests and above all, the one who makes sure there’s always a solution. Whether he’s behind the reception desk or outside in work clothes mowing the lawn or clearing snow, Daniel is always on hand to keep everything running smoothly.




Pia

This is Pia, our certified fitness and health coach. She's not only the athletic powerhouse of our team but also your personal trainer for fitness, aquafit, biking, and much more. When Pia isn’t in her sports gear, you’ll usually find her behind the reception desk – always with a smile and a listening ear for your needs.



Four seasons - one target

Hospitality at the Am Burgsee Alpin Chalet is based on tradition. During the Roman era, the village of Ladis served as a place of rest on the famous “Via Claudia Augusta”, the street once used by Caesar’s legions to cross the Alps. We remain loyal to this tradition. We always have a sympathetic ear for any concerns you may have during your holiday. We look forward to chatting to you at the bar, at reception or in our sunny garden, and as an experienced family company, we give our all to surprise you with our excellent level of quality.
