Your Alpin Chalet am Burgsee has been proven to stand on historical ground. Even in Roman times, the holiday resort of Ladis was a rest stop on the famous Transalp "Via Claudia Augusta", on which Caesar's legions once crossed the Alps. During the construction work on the Alpin Chalet, we came across finds from the Bronze & Iron Age.

There are two ATMs in Ladis. One is in the center and one ist by the cable car station.
On request we can prepare a baby cot, high chair, fall protection.
We rent/sell our own "am Burgsee" hiking backpacks.

At our farm stand on the ground floor you can take wooden cutlery, paper plates, cups, lighters etc. free of charge.
Please leave the barbecue area as you found it.
The apartments Liebesglück, Tradition & Freiraum have

There is a daily list at reception where you can order bread for breakfast.
Please enter your wishes in the list until 12:00 p.m.
We bring the fresh bread to your apartment door around 7:00 a.m.
We ask that you place your completed bread order in the designated bag by 12:00 p.m. The next morning you will find your order there from around 7:00 a.m
At our organic stand (on the ground floor) there are fresh eggs from the farmer in Ladis, homemade jams, honey from the area, or a delicious one

The children's playroom is located in the basement next to the entrance
to the leisure area. We ask that you do not use the playroom
to enter street shoes/ski boots. Likewise, we invite you to use the games room
leave it as you found it.
There are 3 via ferrata routes right by the castle. The via ferrata set
you can rent from us at the reception. We charge 10€ per set.
Your dog is also a welcome guest at the Burgsee.

We have an e-charging station for your electric car. You will receive the fuel card at the reception. We charge € 0.30 per KW/h
there is an emergency cupboard on the 1st floor. There you will find more articles like dish tabs, toilet paper, rubbish bags, etc.

Various homemade products are available from the 24-hour vending machine
Gassl farmers Pittl. At the Castellino, take the narrow path to the right
above, then they are a few meters in front of the courtyard and the car office of the
Gasslbauers (this is constantly filled with fresh produce).
For us in the Alpin Chalet, green living means not just the view of the
beautiful green meadows right in front of your apartment, that goes without saying.
It also means beds for people with allergies, cleaning with special equipment for people with allergies
and as the icing on the cake, showers with aromatherapy, optimal shower comfort
with the premium shower head.
For us, this also means that there are no carpets throughout the Alpin Chalet
there - our house has tile floors throughout and high quality

Our leisure area with outdoor panorama pool is a pleasure for everyone
Family. Entering the leisure area with street shoes and dogs is
prohibited. Please note the general bathing rules. The opening times
can be found at the reception and at the entrance door. Parents are responsible for your
Children.
We have put together an overview in the appartement folder–
a reservation is always recommended.
The reception is regularly manned. The reception times can be found on the
Information board at the entrance. If the reception is not manned, you can contact us via your apartment telephone or via the telephone at the reception.
On the shore of the Lader Weiher there is a blue- white rowing boat, which
is available to you free of charge. The paddles are at the entrance
from the Alpin Chalet.
Stamps and postcards are available in the Mini Mpreis.
Our wellness area is a place for rest and relaxation. Access from 14 years! The consumption of alcohol is strictly forbidden! Our wellness area is a textile-free zone. Please only use our infusion.(Bringed aromatic scents may not be used). Entering in street shoes is prohibited! Please only use our plastic cups.
We will take you to the valley station with our house shuttle. The travel times can be found on the information board at the reception.
You can store your skis and boots directly at the cable car station by our partner Sport Senn.
Are available at the reception in the Alpin Chalet.
We kindly ask you to order your ski passes the day before til 7:00 p.m.
At the night entrance there is a ski/boot room where you can store your hiking/ski boots.
If you need a new Co2 cylinder, you will receive it free of charge at the reception. (does not apply to Ferienhaus)
There is a souvenir shop in the reading area in the basement.
The Super Summer Card is included in the period from June 15th to October 20nd, 2024.
You will receive the keycard when you check in (deposit €2.00)
You can leave the used hand/bath towels in front of your appartement door until 10:00 a.m.
if the towels are in front of the door, they will be exchanged.
You are welcome to leave the hand/bath towels in front of your apartment door on Wednesday or Saturday by 10:00 a.m. and we will exchange them.

Did you know that crystal clear Tyrolean products come out of all our lines
mountain spring water flows? You don't need water that comes in plastic bottles
is packed and carried into the apartment, with us drinking water flows

You are welcome to wash/dry your private clothes in our laundry room.
We charge €5.00 for a washing machine (approx. 8 kg).
If you would like to wash and dry your clothes we charge €10.00.
